FIS Readiness Report: The pursuit of growth across insurance

The insurance industry is at a turning point. The demands of regulation and capital requirements remain an important focus, but the rise of InsurTech and technology advancements in automation, data analytics and machine learning, among other areas, are redefining industry business models and risk management capabilities.

Based on a survey of 300 insurers, FIS’ signature research assesses firms’ capabilities across six operational pillars. They isolated the top 20 percent of respondents – the Readiness Leaders – to calculate how their strategies are accelerating their growth and discovered which pillars have the most impact on performance, providing a roadmap to help the rest of the industry.
