Building a culture of resilience: New approaches in a changing threat environment

Large UK companies are increasingly aware of fast-evolving security threats, yet almost a quarter (24%) are concerned or unsure about their resilience to such crises.

In this report, Gallagher examines the results of interviews with chief risk officers, risk managers, finance directors and board level executives at over 100 large companies in the UK to assess their level of preparedness to anticipate, prevent, respond and recover from an increasingly dynamic threat environment.

The report warns of the false sense of security created by taking a siloed approach and calls for cross-discipline collaboration to create a cost-effective, integrated, modelled and tested resilience culture.
